DECLARATION TOOL

This tool seeks to help reduce confusion over data entry and help users understand the focus and rationale for the declaration requirement.

The tool builds upon information the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) has already posted, presenting and expanding upon this information in a hands-on, user friendly way. The tool links to existing tools, such as US Forest Service database, the Harmonized Tariff System lists, and will eventually link to the pending FLA risk tool.
